Questions people ask before they book.
You bring whatever you're sitting with. We get honest about what you actually want and where you're spending your energy. Moving toward that, or away from it. We work with what's showing up in real time. Fear, doubt, worry, numbness. Not to fix it. To listen to it. You leave with something specific to carry into the week.
In most cases, yes. The principles work. I've watched them work in people's lives again and again. The work asks something of you, though. If you put your heart in, you get something real back. If you show up halfway, you get halfway back.
If you've been stuck in the same patterns and the thinking has stopped helping, this is probably for you. You don't need to have anything figured out. You just need to be willing to keep going past "I don't know."
Therapy often works with your history. This work focuses on what's running underneath your present. We don't spend weeks analyzing where the patterns came from. We identify the beliefs that are active right now and work with them directly.
Yes. Sessions are short on purpose. Real shifts don't come from hours of talking. They come from the right question and the willingness to stay with what comes up. Twenty-five minutes of focused work goes further than an hour of circling.
I recommend weekly visits to start. Repetition is what makes lasting change. What comes up in one session often shows up again the next, and the consistency is what allows the shift to take hold.
That said, no one is locked in. Some people come every few weeks. Some come once, get what they came for, and return three months later when something else surfaces. The choice is yours.
Both. In person if you're local to the Bellevue area. By phone or video for everyone else. The work is just as deep either way.
You'll leave each session with one practice. Not a list. Something small, specific, and tied to what came up. The work between sessions is where most of the integration happens.
Sometimes coaching stays at the surface. Goals and accountability and habit tracking. This work goes underneath that. We're not managing symptoms. We're listening for what's underneath them.
Sometimes the shift is quiet. Sometimes it shows up days later. Sometimes the session itself is the work and the shift comes the next time you face the thing you came in with. The smallest steps are often what leads to the biggest shifts.
Reach out anyway. The price is what it is, but I'd rather have a real conversation about what's possible than have someone walk away because of cost. Send me a message.
Use the form on the Work With Me page. Tell me what's going on. I'll respond within twenty-four hours on weekdays, forty-eight on weekends, often the same day.
